Welcome to Holiday in Egypt! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Holiday in Egypt if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 15% per person is required when the booking is confirmed.
  2. Final Payment: Final payment is due 60 days before the departure date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us. The following cancellation fees apply:
    • The 15% deposit is non-refundable.
    • 100% of the package price if the booking is canceled less than 21 days before the start of the trip.

These cancellation fees are because we deal with third-party suppliers who impose their cancellation fees on us, leading to significant losses if tours are canceled close to the departure date.

  1. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Changes to Booking

  1. Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.
  2. Changes by Us: Occasionally, we may need to make changes to your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer you alternative arrangements or a full refund if the changes are significant.

Travel Insurance

It is mandatory to have travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation.

 

Liability

  1. Our Responsibility: We are responsible for providing the services listed in your booking confirmation. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
  2. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations.

Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your tour guide or our local representative immediately. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us within 28 days of your return.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Egypt, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Booking through TourRadar

At the moment, if you wish to book any package, the “Book Now” button will redirect you to the trip page on the TourRadar website. This is because we do not have a payment gateway on our site and it helps us build a stronger relationship with the TourRadar platform.

Domestic Flights Only

Please note that we do not handle international flights. Our services include domestic flight upgrades only.
